Today was long run day and was started off with a nice warm up by swimming the race course in the morning. In the afternoon I was joined by @lucygoss for 15 mile long run. A great days training today. For me it was the ride of the trip so far. 91 miles taking in an awesome climb and then a 8 mile run later on in the day.
