A great days training today. For me it was the ride of the trip so far.

91 miles taking in an awesome climb and then a 8 mile run later on in the day. I felt pretty good on the run which is a good sign of fitness after this ride.

The last hour was along the queen K so it was good to practice holding the aero position after 4 hours riding. Power was below ironman pace and the speed seemed pretty good considering it was a cross headwind (39Km/h).
